Della Torre Football Academy is to establish an institution that is a home and pla of excellence for Uganda's youth. This is being achieved by providing physical, Intellectual, vocational and emotional development specifically the primary assignment of the academy is to nature 8-18 years old boys and girls such that they achieve their dreams of becoming successful soccer players, coaches and administrators.
Della Torre Football Academy is immensely proud to be seen as part of the local community and recognizes that it can play apart in improving the lives of people associated with the Academy and of the wider community through continuing support of local schools as well as local & national voluntary/charitable organizations. Vision
Della Torre Football Academy is a youth development trailblazer, offering dynamic world- leading sports programmes and providing academic, nutritional, medical and social support systems, to mold young men and women of character, future leaders.
Objectives
1. DTFA's fundamental thrust is the aspiration to empower Uganda's youth such that they become productive participants in the country's sustainable economic and social development our grand objectives is to use sport as a capacity building tool and rescue young boys and girls from the poverty trap by providing the essential tools of life, nutrition, health education (academic and vocational), shelter, talent development and mentorship..
2. Developing the academy into a world class institute of excellence and this will be achieved by developing an integrated sports training, residential and educational facility in Uganda.
3. Scouting youth talent from throughout Uganda.
4. Placing Academy graduates with professional sport organizations and higher education institutions in Uganda and abroad and appropriate employment.
